NEWS FROM THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE

 

 

In March and April 2008 approximately 250 5th graders received D.A.R.E. certificates upon completion of the Drug Awareness program.  School Resource Officers and Certified D.A.R.E. instructor Jason Thomas, taught the program at Lumpkin County , Long Branch and Blackburn Elementary Schools .
